When connected to our network you have automatic access to our 50 page-per-minute digital multi-function printer/scanner/copier/fax machine that is capable of full duplex operation, sorting, stapling, adding a cover page, and inserting section break pages. This equipment was chosen with three overriding criteria in mind:
- despite its sophistication it is simple and straightforward to use
- it is as ecologically friendly as is technically possible and commercially available
- it has a reputation for robust design and reliable operation
- the per-page costs are among the lowest in the business.
Naturally, it includes all the bells and whistles you would expect:
- detailed automatic reporting of your usage
- the ability to inhibit private print jobs until you are physically standing at the machine
- automatic scheduling of multiple simultaneous jobs with no overlap or confusion between jobs
- automatic reprinting of spoiled pages in the event of a paper jam
Other than phone charges, you do not pay for outgoing faxes sent via our fax machine from your computer. Nor do you pay for incoming faxes that are routed to your PC without being printed.
Our per-page costs are so low that it costs you less to print on our machines than just the ink cost of using your own ink-jet printer!
